Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat

Every month of July we celebrate the nutrition month.In this month the theme is "SA PAGKAING TAMA AT SAPAT,WASTONG TIMBANG NI BABY ANG KATAPAT''.

In our life we should eat a right amount of and proper food.We should eat 3 times a day.Eating the 3 kind of foods like GROW,GLOW,GLOW food,it contain a lot of vitamin mineral and fivers.that is good to us.It also give us a lot of energy so we can work our task.Also in drinking 8 glass of water a day, it protect us from dehydration.But we can also drink milk that is good for our bone because that is full of calcium.Preventing not to use cigarettes,liquor,and drugs make us strong and healthy.Because I believe in saying "HEALTH IS WEALTH".Health is treasure because this is came from our God.
Health is important to us because health is treasure that came from our God. And health is important also because it prevent us not to get sick.
